Donburi Series: Oyako Donburi with Shimeji Mushrooms

A second of my donburi series!
I tried to make this recipe by using products that are available anywhere, whatever country you are in.  It turned out ok, so...

Here's what you need:
chicken breast
spring onions
shimeji mushrooms
2 eggs
1/4 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp of sugar

Put cut chicken on a pan. 
Yep, I'm not using any oil here.

Put in and sauté with the spring onions, and just pour in all the liquids then simmer.
Add sugar, then put the mushrooms, then simmer again.

Pour in beated eggs and cover pan until eggs are cooked.

Put in a bowl together with rice and sprinkle powdered chilli if preferred.

Easy-Peasy for the Lazy! Heheh.
