Carrot and Egg Salad Recipe

Today I'm sharing my most favourite salad recipe!
Did I say I'm a mustard addict these days? Oh well, anyway...

Here's what you need:
1 carrot
2 large eggs
about half a cup of mayonnaise
1-2 tablespoons of mustard
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
salt to taste

Instuctions:
1.boil the eggs.
2.microwave or steam the whole carrot until cooked. 
(the carrot tastes sweeter when microwaved or steamed)
3. cut the carrots and eggs into bite size.
4. mix all the ingredients together.


Ta-dah! Easy as 1-2-3 (and 4)! 


Notice that our dinner is my Mustard Chicken Steak!  Only, baked this time!
