Japanese Style Burger Steak

Wednesday, April 2, 2014

After a whole lot of trial and errors, this is the burger recipe that I was finally satisfied with.  A most basic one with lots of bread crumbs for juiciness! You can use the recipe for making cabbage rolls, meat loafs, and the likes.

Here's what you need:
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 cup of milk
1 medium sized diced onion
500g minced meat
1 egg
1 tsp butter
nutmeg powder
1 tsp salt

1-200g of grated radish
Ponzu

Mix the bread crumbs and milk together. Leave until the bread crumbs absorbs milk

Saute onions in butter

Put everything in a bowl

Mix everything together until the mixture comes together and sticky

Shape into burgers. Fry in medium heat.

Here goes a juicy burger steak, topped with grated radish and ponzu!
(it wouldn't be Japanese Style, but you can try other sauces too if preferred :))
