Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe

Another one of my staples, Sweet and Sour!
You could actually use any meat on this recipe like fish, but this time, we're using pork.

Here's what you need:
2-300g pork cut into bite size
1/4 cup cornstarch
spring onions
carrots
1tbsp sugar
3 tbsp tomato catsup
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
1 and 2/3 cup water
powder broth (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Coat pork with cornstarch, then fry.

Add spring onions and carrots then sauté together.

Pour in all the liquid ingredients.

Simmer to dry and until the sauce thickens.
The cornstarch coated on the meat and also the catsup will make the sauce thicker so there is no need to melt the cornstarch into water, etc., and all that mess!
