Chicken Cream Stew Recipe

Today, I'm sharing a dish that again, is using my recent white sauce recipe.

I am so loving that recipe, I am using it every time I can!

Here's what you need:
chicken breast
2 1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
2 cups water
consomme or chicken broth
salt and pepper

Cut all ingredients into bite-size. (What do you call this kind of cut in english?)
Put salt on chicken and set aside.

Saute them all together in butter, then pour in water and consommé/chicken broth.
Simmer until cooked.

Add in the milk mixture of my white sauce recipe.

Wait for it to thicken, then add salt and pepper to taste.

And done!

Garnish with parsley for colour!
