My Tonkatsu (Breaded Pork) Recipe

Who says making Tonkatsu is hard? Try this recipe and you'll surely love it!
This is a Japanese housewives' way of making Tonkatsu. ;)

Here's what you need:
Pork Tenderloin
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
breadcrumbs
cooking oil


Put salt and pepper to meat and set aside.


Mix the egg and flour then put in the meat then marinate for a couple of minutes.


Prepare the breadcrumbs in a tray and put in the marinated meat.
Press breadcrumbs to the meat nicely and evenly!


Then deep fry until golden brown.


There you go!
