Seafood Pan Paella Recipe

Thursday, May 15, 2014

Who says you can't make Paella on your normal frying pan or electric skillet?
I like making this dish because it's easy yet it feel could make the day feel special.

Here's what you need:
Tomatoes
Onions
Garlic
Olive oil
Asparagus
Paprika
2 cups uncooked rice
4 cups of hot consommé broth
Seafood mix

Saute tomatoes, onions and garlic in olive oil.

Prepare broth on a different pan.

Saute seafood mix together with the tomatoes, etc.

Put in uncooked rice and sauté for about 10 minutes or until rice becomes clear in color.

Pour in broth and boil for about 10 minutes in high to medium heat while mixing.

Put in cut asparagus, cover the skillet and simmer in medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add paprika and cover the skillet to steam in low heat for about 5-10 minutes.

It's yummy as it is, but you can add a squeeze of lemon and a bit of butter before eating!
Enjoy!
