Maple Mustard Ribs Recipe

Did I say I love mustard?
Well this one is another one of my staples using mustard. 
I think this is the dish that made me love mustard, actually.


Here's what you need:
500g spareribs
2-3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp mustard
1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup


Put the garlic, spareribs, vinegar, soy sauce and water on pan then cover and boil for about 20 minutes.


Add the maple syrup and simmer for 10 minutes.


Add the mustard then simmer for additional 5 minutes.


And done. 
Yup, that easy. ;)
