Who wants gravy for their fried chicken?
Try to make one the next time its fried chicken for dinner.
Here's what you need:
Used oil in the pan from frying a chicken
1-2 tbsp flour
1-2 cups water
1 cup milk
chicken broth cube or powder
salt or soy sauce to taste
Add the flour on pan until it becomes a bit bubbly
Then add water and milk then add broth and salt to taste,
Wait until it thickens
And, ta-dah! There goes your thick yummy gravy.
Easy as 1-2-3!
